Spent Grain Bread

We just happened into a private beer brewing session out in PW, from which it was suggested we
take the spent grains and try to make some bread. We couldn't wait to show the results. Perfectly browned with a "nutty" whole grain taste, these quickly become one of our favorites. You can see someone couldn't even wait for me to take the photo before breaking off a piece!
